The 12 Best Family All-Inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean in 2026

Key Takeaways

Beaches Turks and Caicos ranks first because it pairs a 45,000-square-foot waterpark with kids programs for every age from infants to teens and family suites with a kids room. Beaches Negril, Royalton Splash Punta Cana and Grand Palladium Punta Cana follow with water play, clubs from toddlers through teens and family room layouts.

How We Evaluated

We ranked twelve all-inclusive resorts on four weighted criteria that total 100. Water play counts for 30 and kids club age coverage counts for 30. Family room layouts count for 25, and teen options count for 15. Facts come from each resort’s own pages, read on 9 October 2026, and the hurricane answer cites the National Hurricane Center. Several Beaches and Hyatt pages blocked our reader, so those entries carry a partial flag and say what we could not confirm. We did not use TripAdvisor or Google review counts. A feature a page does not state earns no credit.

Ranks come from the weighted criteria above. Every fact is from the cited page.

1. Beaches Turks and Caicos

Best for: families with several age groups under one roof.

Beaches Turks and Caicos has two Kids Camps, one in the Key West Village and one in the Caribbean Village. Its Kids Camp page lists six programs: infants aged 0 to 2, toddlers aged 3 to 4 who are potty-trained, Navigators aged 5 to 7, Adventurers aged 8 to 10, Tweens aged 11 to 14 and Teens aged 15 to 17. Pirates Island Waterpark covers 45,000 square feet with more than 11 slides, a lazy river and a splash deck with a pirate ship. The Italian Penthouse Oceanview Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room lists one king, one sleeper chair and one bunk bed with trundle. We read these only through search results, so confirm age levels and suites with the resort.

2. Beaches Negril

Best for: a lazy river and connecting family rooms.

Beaches Negril has a Kids Camp with programs for infants to 24 months, toddlers aged 3 to 4, ages 5 to 7, Adventurers aged 8 to 10, Tweens aged 11 to 14 and Teens aged 15 to 17. Pirates Island Waterpark has gigantic waterslides, a lazy river, swim-up soda bars and kid-friendly pools. A dedicated area for the youngest guests has a Kids Slide and Drop Bucket, and children under 6 need supervision there. Tropical Oceanview Concierge Family Rooms are two connecting rooms with two bathrooms, one with a king bed and one with two double beds. We read these pages only through search results, and they disagree on the slide count.

3. Royalton Splash Punta Cana

Best for: water park days with kids and teens.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana describes one of the Caribbean’s largest water parks, with twisting slides, a wave pool and splash zones. It has a kids club with a supervised indoor play space and an outdoor playground, and a teens club with a dedicated, supervised lounge. We could not confirm the age bands from the pages we read, so ask the resort. The Luxury Family Room has one king or two queen beds, a sofa bed and a private balcony or terrace, though a sister listing gives a different bed setup.

4. Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort and Spa

Best for: toddlers through teens with a loft suite.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana runs a Baby Club for ages 1 to 3 next to the Mini Club, which takes ages 4 to 12 and has a kids’ pool and a pirate-themed castle. The Black and White Junior Club has pool tables, air hockey and chess. The resort describes pools with water slides, and its fact sheet lists three pools and one children’s water park. The Loft Family Suite is listed for 4 adults and 2 children in about 87 square meters. Other official pages give different club age ranges, so check before you go. The Junior Club lists no age range, which costs it points on teen options.

5. Beaches Ocho Rios

Best for: waterslides and supervised camp sessions.

Pirates Island Waterpark at Beaches Ocho Rios has waterslides, kid-friendly pools, swim-up soda bars, water cannons and whirlpools. The Beaches kids page says supervised programs run in age levels from infants through age 12, while another Beaches page says six levels, so confirm the current ages. The wider Beaches Kids Camp bands run 0 to 2, 3 to 4, 5 to 7, 8 to 10, 11 to 14 and 15 to 17. Sessions run between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. each day. Beaches’ room pages for this resort did not come through, so we cannot describe its suites, and the entry is only partly verified.

6. Barceló Bávaro Palace

Best for: a small-children water park and two-bedroom rooms.

Barceló Bávaro Palace is the family-oriented hotel within the Barceló Bávaro Grand Resort. Barcy Club has six video game consoles, two ball pools, children’s movies and an outdoor playground. Barcy Water Park is aimed at small children, with castles, slides and waterfalls inside the pool. Teenagers aged 13 to 17 have their own space at The Xone Nightclub. Family rooms with two separate bedrooms are among the room options, and the Premium Level Family Junior Suites measure 1,045 square feet. The official pages state no single age range for Barcy Club, so check it with the resort.

7. Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus

Best for: connecting family rooms and a three-group kids club.

Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus in Bayahibe runs Star Camp in three groups: Monkey for ages 4 to 6, Dolphin for ages 7 to 12 and Eagle for ages 13 to 15. Children under 4 have a family area. The children’s pool has a giant bubble and a water amusement area with jets, though we found no true water park. The Superior Connecting Family Room is 800 square feet with two bedrooms, and a Two Bedroom Family option is listed. The booking page contains unclear child-policy text, so confirm with Iberostar before choosing it.

8. Club Med Punta Cana

Best for: babies from 4 months and circus activities.

Club Med Punta Cana lists Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med for children from 4 months to 3 years, with Mini Club Med and Club Med Passworld for older children. Its age groups run 0 to 2, 2 to 3, 4 to 10, 11 to 13 and 14 to 17. Flying trapeze and circus activities are among the 37 activities the page lists. The resort is all-inclusive. The page states no water park for children, and its room categories of Superior and Deluxe name no specific family room, which holds it at eighth.

9. Sunscape Splash Montego Bay

Best for: a kids club for ages 3 to 12.

Sunscape Splash Montego Bay lists an Explorer’s Club for ages 3 to 12 with supervised daily programs, and separate activities for tweens and teens aged 13 and older. Standard rooms are about 325 square feet and hold up to 4 guests with no more than 3 adults. The Sun Club one-bedroom suite is about 650 square feet with a separate living area and a sofa bed, also capped at 4 guests. The resort is all-inclusive. We found no water park listed.

10. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall

Best for: families who prefer pools to a water park.

KidZ Club at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall takes ages 3 to 12, runs daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and has a playground, and age 3 requires potty training. The resort has a relaxation pool, an activities pool with a swim-up bar and two beachside hot tubs, but no water park. Rooms include two-queen rooms of 493 square feet, king rooms with a queen sleeper sofa and a 656-square-foot junior suite with two queen beds. Swim-up rooms are off-limits to guests under 13. The page states no teen program. We read its rooms only through search results, so the entry is partly verified.

11. Moon Palace Jamaica

Best for: connecting family rooms.

The Superior Family Deluxe at Moon Palace Jamaica is two connecting rooms: one with a king bed and one with two double beds, at 646 square feet. Occupancy is listed as 6 on one page and 7 on another. The Playroom Kids Club has gaming and play space with trained supervisors, and children under 4 must stay with an adult guest. No age band is stated for the Playroom, and the resort lists a FlowRider wave simulator in place of a water park. Moon Palace describes itself as an all-inclusive family resort.

12. Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana

Best for: a named water park and kids club.

Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana lists the Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club and Rockaway Bay Water Park under Family Amenities. The page also mentions two tropical pools and hot tubs, and it lists Rock Royalty as an amenity without describing it. It describes unlimited food and beverage, nightly entertainment and room service. The page calls the resort all-inclusive. The page gives no club ages, no room count and no family room layouts, so it earns points only for the named water park.
