What We Collect

When you use Watch My Trip we collect the destination, travel dates, party and children's ages, whether the trip is booked, your email and, if you give it, your mobile number and confirmation number. The contact form collects your name, email and message.

How We Use It

We use your details to watch the trip you described, to email you what we find and to send Cynthia a trip brief when you ask for a quote. We text you only if you gave a mobile number, and only about storms and final-payment dates.

Who Sees It

Cynthia and the services that deliver our email, text messages and form submissions see your details. We never sell or share your email.

Stopping a Watch

Every email carries a one-click link that stops watching that trip. You can also ask Cynthia through the contact page to delete what we hold.

Analytics

We use analytics to see which pages are read. Analytics tags load only when they are switched on for the site.

Paloma Trips is a working name and this policy will be updated when the business entity is confirmed.
