How Watch My Trip Works
You give us the trip once. We keep checking it and Cynthia handles anything that needs a booking.
Tell Us the Trip
Give us a destination, your dates and who is going. A booked trip and a trip you are still weighing both work.
We Watch It
Every offer Cynthia approves is matched against your trip. We also keep your deadlines, entry documents and storm dates.
Cynthia Confirms
When something fits or a date is close, we email you with the source. Anything with a price or a booking is confirmed by Cynthia before it is real.

What does Watch My Trip do?
Watch My Trip keeps an eye on one trip for you. You enter the destination, dates and party. We match new offers Cynthia approves, remind you of payment and reservation deadlines, flag entry-document rules and warn you about storms near your travel dates. Each message shows its source and the date we checked it. The tool is free.
Does Watch My Trip cost anything?
No. Watch My Trip is free and stays free. Cynthia is paid by the suppliers she books with, so you never pay her a fee, and we never sell your email. If you want her to quote the trip, tick the box on the form and she receives a brief with your party, dates and questions.
Can a travel agent get a better Disney price than booking direct?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. The published price is the same whether you book direct or through an advisor. What Cynthia adds is attention: she watches for offers that fit your dates, tracks the dining and experience windows and confirms the details. Disney pays her, so you do not.
Is there a current Disney World discount?
Not one we can list today. We publish only offers that Walt Disney World has published for guests and that Cynthia has approved, each with its booking window and travel dates. None is approved as of 9 October 2026. Watch My Trip tells you the day one fits your dates.
Does Paloma book anything?
No. Paloma is an AI assistant that helps you plan, and it cannot hold a reservation or see live availability. Anything with a price or a booking is confirmed by Cynthia before it is real. Paloma is a waitlist for now, and you can join it on the Paloma page.
Which suppliers does Cynthia book with?
Cynthia books through supplier portals for Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity, Virgin Voyages, MSC, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Destinations, Margaritaville at Sea, Sandals, ALG Vacations, Expedia Partner Solutions and Universal Orlando. That is a list of suppliers she books with, not a partnership claim. Ask her about any other supplier.
